Schools Affairs system is a set of integrating and correlating programs developed by XPE Establishment according to the standards and based on the regulations prepared by Ministry of Education and the public administrations of Education and it has been applied for several years in the public administration of girls' education in Riyadh, and it has acquired the appreciation of the administration and beneficiaries.

The system follows up schools and their teaching and administrative staff affairs and is considered to be integrated system to manage those affairs through the implementation of a wide range of procedures that take place automatically besides producing all the required reports and forms precisely and fast, which helps the several administrative levels
(school, education center and education administration) take the approperiate decisions with the rapidity, comprehensiveness and accuracy desired.
